Q Are your blinds 100% made to measure or are they cut down blinds?

A

Although we do carry readymade blinds and offer a cut down service all of our custom-made blinds are made individually to your suit your windows and your requirements. There is no substitute for quality if you are paying for custom-made products you should get custom-made.

Q Is it possible to change my order after I confirm the order?

A

Once an order has been confirmed and we have began work on it, it would generally be too late as all of the fabric and components will have been ordered.

Q How Blockout are your Blockout fabrics?

A

There is an Australian standard which blockout fabrics should adhere to. It is hard to achieve total blockout as light will penetrate into the room somehow but blinds or curtains which are blockout will give you a dark room that would suit most people.

Q What blinds allows me to see out by day and also give me privacy by night?

A

Venetian blinds allow you to adjust the amount of openness of the blinds. This will let you angle the slats so you can look out during the day and fully close the blind in the evening for privacy.

Q What is the best blind to reduce noise?

A

The best product to reduce noise would be curtains with separate blockout lining fitted under a pelmet or swags with a solid headboard.

Q Am I able to get just slats only for my vertical blinds?

A

Yes we sell vertical slats only all we need is a sample slat to use as a template.

Q Do my blinds come with all fittings to install my blinds?

A

We can arrange to have your new blinds installed but if you decide you can fit them your self. We will supply all the brackets required to install your new blinds all you need is the screws.

Q How can I order blinds with you?

A

Once you receive your quote from us then leave a 30% deposit to start the order and we will do the rest.

Q What kind of warranty do you offer?

A

We have a 2 year warrantee on all our products.

Q How to measure the size needed for my blinds?

A

First you must decide if they are going on the inside or out side of the window frame. Then accurately measure form the outside of the architrave on either side of the window. For the internal fitting measure from one side to the other side of the window then from top to bottom.
